As Interim Director, entered a membership organization that had a virus in its onsite server and a flat database. Their annual member’s conference was two months out. Within the first few days provided assessment and budgeting for a redesigned information technology infrastructure resulting in implementation at 60% cost savings. Managed staff and operations for a successful, out-of-state conference. Reorganized HR files and reviewed policies and procedures. Drafted extensive customer relationship management software request for proposal leading to acquisition and implementation. Conducted listening tour with Board and staff.
