As Interim Director, entered a membership organization that had a virus in its onsite server and a flat database. Their annual member’s conference was two months out. Within the first few days provided assessment and budgeting for a redesigned information technology infrastructure resulting in implementation at 60% cost savings. Managed staff and operations for a successful, out-of-state conference. Reorganized HR files and reviewed policies and procedures. Drafted extensive customer relationship management software request for proposal leading to acquisition and implementation. Conducted listening tour with Board and staff. Wrote reports and made recommendations.
As Program Manager, supported a government contractor with a sudden surplus of awards. Collaborated with leadership to launch and manage the Combined Federal Campaign Outreach Coordinator Program that drives nationwide development efforts resulting in $27.5 mil pledged. Set agendas to advance each stage of the program. Coordinated program operations efforts including website development, social media and graphic design. Ran analysis of weekly pledge data to help provide strategic direction. Wrote weekly, monthly and final reports with recommendations and contributed to new business proposals.
